Looks rather like wood, but from your "labels" I gather it's ceramic. Quite impressive. Those darn Greeks were good at most everything!
Too pretty to eat out of... this fish bowl would look lovely on a wall... not that the Art Institute of Chicago is going to let it go... :-)
Greek used fish so much as decoration subjects. Lovely!
